Q:

How can I know which are the cars that are available and their prices?

A:

All our stocks can be viewed from our website, which is updated daily. We have stocks that are available immediately and stocks that are available in the near future. Multi angle pictures & detailed comments are provided, to describe as fairly as possible vehicles at time of shipping. Only genuine shots of actual vehicles are used. If additional views or details were required, we are glad to comply.

Asking price of vehicles might be negotiable within realistic limits. However, please keep in mind, if a price offer is accepted, we expect the customer to commit immediately. If a customer price offer was accepted and customer does not follow up, we will conduct no further business with this person.

Listed prices include all costs EXCEPT international shipping charges. After we add freight charges to listed price, there should be no other hidden charge to worry about.

NOTE: When a customer is interested in a vehicle, we will HOLD if for a reasonable period. However, it will not be removed from advertisement until payment is confirmed. If more than one party wants the same car, it is SOLD to the first party to commit with Agreement and payment.

Q:

How do I purchase a car from Benzworld?

A:

The first step towards a purchase from the stock list is to email your details (full name of purchases, postal address & a contact number), specifying the stock number of the vehicle of your choice and your intended port of destination. Once we receive customer details, we will prepare and forward (via virus free email attachment or fax) a Proforma Invoice containing vehicle description, total CIF price, shipping schedule details (when possible), our bank details and other relevant information.

We also require a Proforma Invoice when we have been asked to locate & purchase a vehicle on customer¡¯s behalf. When signed and faxed back to us, the Agreement constitutes the initial step of our business relationship. When a signed Agreement was received & payment is confirmed, vehicle is removed from advertising and shipping procedure is initiated.

NOTE: Most countries allow imports of vehicles by private users; some might however impose limitations (vehicle type, model, year, etc¡). It is always customer¡¯s responsibility, not ours, to verify the feasibility of his project. DO NOT BREAK THE LAW of your own country, either willingly or by ignorance, as we bear no responsibility with the consequences.

Q:

How do I make payment for my purchases?

A:

FULL payment must be confirmed before the vehicle is shipped to customer. We do not support the practice or fractioned payments.

A fax copy of customer¡¯s copy of fund remittance document from your bank is considered acceptable proof of payment. It might save a few precious days and will suffice to initiate vessel booking and custom clearance of shipment.

NOTE: Acceptable forms of payment are telegraphic/electronic fund transfer (TT) from bank to bank, or cash (for visiting customers). Payment by credit cards and cheques is not acceptable. Customer particulars, billing details & transaction details are kept strictly confidential.

Q:

How will my cars be shipped?

A:

Vehicle FOB price listed in the stock list, includes the following:

Vehicle price, cancellation ofSingapore registration, Singapore domestic transfers, preparation & translation of documentation, port movements to and from bonded area, boarding of carrier vessel.

At reception of payment, the vehicle is ferried from our Singapore storage facilities to our Shipping Agent storage facilities.

International freight charges are calculated separately and vary with volume & weight of unit, port of destination. We use professional, reputable transport companies and the same multi deck car carriers, which are used for brand new cars shipments.

On request and for destinations where roll-on & roll-off services do not exist we offer container-shipping services.

Marine insurance coverage is included in the quoted ocean charge. Basic coverage is for total loss, disasters or acts of God and damages clearly imputable to negligence of the carrier.

Because cars are not locked while in transit, the insurance will not cover risk of petty theft or loss of cargo in cars, (such risk occurrence is minimized by hiding loose/small accessories and parts, or shipping them separately).

Also, because we have no control over vessels schedules & availability, we will not bear responsibility for financial loss or damage caused by shipping delays (such as due to bad weather, heavy traffic, overbooking, acts of war & terror and/or their prevention, etc..

At customer¡¯s request, extra insurance plans can be organized on demand.

NOTE: By entering a vehicle purchase agreement with Benzworld Pte. Ltd, the purchaser agrees to automatically enter an agreement with the shipping company, at time of shipping vehicles. Shipment consignee and/or owner of cargo (not Benzworld Pte. Ltd) agrees to be bound by all terms & conditions written, typed, stamped and printed on the face and back of Bill of Lading, issued by carrier.

Q:

How do I receive my document & papers?

A:

The Shipping Agent, who is in charge of organizing custom clearance, reservation & booking & reservation of vessel space, and safe keeping (of vehicle & its documentation) until boarding, will send us custom certificates and Bill of Lading, 7 to 10 working days after vessel actual departure. These documents are then forwarded to the consignee or his forwarding agent, using EMS or FedEx courier service, which are traceable over the Internet. Documents should reach customer hands within two to three weeks from actual sailing date.

Typical documents/items provided:

1)      FOB/CIF receipt of sale (commercial invoice describing unit & price) for record and tax purposes.

2)      Original Vehicle Deregistration Document.

3)      Original copy of Bill of Lading, necessary to collect vehicle at destination.

4)      Owner manuals, service books, loose items if available, are hidden in cars or forwarded separately.

NOTE: A small minority of governments seems to favor enforcing bizarre, obscure or ever changing import rules for motor vehicles in their country. We will comply with customer¡¯s demands to the best of our ability. However, it is always customer¡¯s responsibility, not ours, to maintain updated knowledge and abide by the rules & regulations of the destination country.

Q:

How is the condition of your vehicles?

A:

Unless mentioned otherwise, our vehicles are usually well above average condition. A Singapore ¡°average condition¡± is often a modest statement compared to used cars condition in other countries. We often see what our competitors purchase for their customers and are confident to be among the most trustable supplier on the market. However, because we are dealing with used motor vehicles, some of them old, and must heavily rely on other parties¡¯ statement or condition reports, we cannot unfortunately provide a formal guarantee with stock or auction purchases. Vehicles are cleaned (body & cabin) prior to shipping, however, we do not provide in depth valet cleaning service.

NOTE: We are not involved in maintaining; repairing or reconditioning of vehicles, therefore no claim other than wrong shipment or loss of shipment can be taken into consideration. Consumable such as tires, filters, belts, brake pads, clutch discs, wiper blades, battery, etc., and variable such as fluid levels, fuel consumption, emission levels, noise levels, etc., are not thoroughly tested and therefore not guaranteed to meet your expectations or local requirements
